Amberman is known as the largest wholesaler of amber jewelry in the US.
We carry anywhere from 2000-5000 styles of amber jewelry in stock at all times. We get new designs on the monthly basis that is why our catalog can’t provide you with all the designs we carry.

You can order the items from our online catalog but not all the designs may be available. Most Amberman customers prefer working with the Pick Boxes from Amberman, this will allow you to choose from our newest amber jewelry collections.

Pick Box

You can choose some items from our catalog so we can see which type of products interest you the most, then we put a pick box together with the similar styles. Pick Box allows you to choose from the newest items and send back what you don’t like. You will be charged for the items send to you but with a pick box you have a right to exchange the products if you are not completely satisfied. Return of the pick box merchandise has to be send back in a timely manner 4 business days from the day you receive the merchandise.

Return Policy

Amberman only accepts returns if the said merchandise has manufacturing defects or if they were sent to a customer by mistake. All returns are accepted for store credits or exchange only. There will be absolutely no cash refunds for any reason. Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise if you it exchanged.

Shipping Policy

All orders received are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. However, during busy seasons, like the holidays, it may take longer and ask that you accordingly submit your orders in advance.
All orders are shipped by UPS. Shipping charges are based on shipping method, weight, destination and the value of the merchandise. Please let us know if special shipping arrangements have to be made.
All orders will be provided tracking information via email. You may also review your order status by logging in to your account.
